Lifestyle advice for fracture prevention

One in three women and one in 12 men aged over 50 years have osteoporosis, a condition which results in over 200,000 fractures each year in the UK.1,2 Here, we review lifestyle interventions for adults that are designed to help prevent fractures due to osteoporosis.
