Local problems of injecting some benzodiazepines

Abstract

In 1979 we reviewed the uses and unwanted systemic effects of benzodiazepines given by injection.1 This article discusses the local complications of diazepam (Valium) and lorazepam (Ativan) injections and how to avoid them.
