Indoprofen (Flosint - Farmitalia) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic (NSAID) recently introduced in the UK. The manufacturer claims that it ‘possesses both the powerful anti-inflammatory properties of indomethacin and the potent analgesic effects of the propionic acid derivatives ... without an unacceptable level of adverse effects’.
