Lidoflazine (clinium) for angina?

Abstract

Lidoflazine has been available abroad for over 15 years, and is now being marketed here for the treatment of angina pectoris. It is a piperazine derivative chemically unrelated to any other anti-anginal drug and its mode of action is uncertain.
