Managing postpartum stress urinary incontinence

Abstract

About 10-40% of women who have given birth have postpartum stress urinary incontinence (i.e. involuntary leakage of urine with increases in intra-abdominal pressure).1,2 Here, we discuss whether anything except surgey can be done to prevent or treat postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
