People with vitiligo should receive at least 6 months of narrowband UV-B (NBUVB) phototherapy before assessing response, the authors of a systematic review and meta-analysis have suggested.1 The authors noted that no comprehensive systematic reviews had been performed to estimate treatment response to phototherapy.
