Abstract

Labstix (Ames) is a new strip test combining on one strip five different tests, for pH, protein, glucose, ketones and blood. This is a considerable technical achievement. Since no critical assessment of Labstix has been published, we arranged for it to be tested in a clinical pathology laboratory.
