A possible association between out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) and use of NSAIDs has been assessed in a large observational study.1 Evidence has accumulated in recent years about the increased risk of cardiovascular events, such as myocardial infarction and stroke, associated with use of NSAIDs.2 Now, a case-time-control study using data from Danish nationwide registries has focused on OHCA.1
