Cosaldon for vascular disorders?

Abstract

Cosaldon is a combined preparation which contains 50 mg nicotinic acid and 200 mg 1-hexyl-3, 7-dimethylxanthine in each tablet. The makers recommend it for use in a wide variety of central and peripheral vascular disorders and in particular as a ‘dual action treatment for cerebral ischaemia’.
