Abstract

The Royal College of Physicians held a conference last year on The Testing of New Drugs and Responsibility for their Unforeseen Effects. The proceedings were informative and lively. Not only doctors and scientists took part but also a barrister, two MPs and two leading members of the Patients’ Association.
