Coptin (sulphadiazine + trimethoprim)

Abstract

Co-trimazine (Coptin - Pfizer) is a combination of sulphadiazine and trimethoprim for oral use. The manufacturer recommends it for the treatment of urinary infection only and claims that it is better than co-trimoxazole (Bactrim; Septrin) for this purpose.
