More on debrisan for ulcers and infected wounds

Abstract

Ulcers of the skin are common and often debilitating, and their management is costly. Even if causative factors can be modified, for instance by reducing venous pressure with compressive bandaging, the ulcerated surface must still be dressed. A plethora of remedies is available yet few if any have been shown to enhance healing.
