Abstract

The June issue of Health Equipment Information (No 155) reports in detail on two single-channel (Bosch EKG501A, Cardiacare C1201) and two three-channel ECG recorders (Fukuda Denshi FD36, Triamed Minicor M3). It also briefly reviews 12 recorders which were evaluated earlier and are still on the market. A special note warns general practitioners not to buy an ECG machine found to be below standard. They will do much better to choose one which has performed well in the tests.
