Corrections: co-trimoxazole or just trimethoprim? (March 10, p.19)

Abstract

We misstated the cost of 5 days’ treatment with co-trimoxazole (trimethoprim 160mg + sulphamethoxazole 800mg) bd: it is £1.12, compared with 80p for trimethoprim 200mg bd.
