Abstract

Polytrim eyedrops (Wellcome) contain trimethoprim and polymyxin B. They are intended for use in bacterial infections of the eye including blepharo-conjunctivitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis and corneal ulceration, and for prophylaxis in eye surgery and trauma.
