Abstract

The 29th edition of Martindale’s Extra Pharmacopoeia was published in January. It is proudly and truly described as ‘the world’s most comprehensive source of drug information in a single volume’. Every prescriber and pharmacist should know where it can be conveniently consulted. Most pharmacies will need a copy of their own but most doctors will not, especially if they have access to one in a nearby pharmacy or library.
