▾Scopoderm: transdermal hyoscine for motion sickness

Abstract

Hyoscine (scopolamine) can prevent motion sickness. Scopoderm (Ciba) is a skin patch for this purpose. It does not require frequent dosing as oral or parenteral hyoscine do, but must be used earlier before embarkation.
