Hyposensitisation by injections in hay fever and other conditions

Abstract

POLLEN THERAPY IN HAY FEVER AND POLLEN ASTHMA - Extracts of pollen for the treatment of pollenosis are available in three forms: aqueous extract, depot emulsion, and pyridine-extracted alum-precipitated suspension. Patients whose symptoms are not relieved by simpler means may prefer the inconvenience of such injections.
