In our article Oral or intramuscular vitamin B₁₂? (DTB 2009; 47: 19–31), we included a table (Table 1) comparing the annual costs of intramuscular and oral vitamin B12 in patients being converted to oral replacement, including costs for patients visited at home and not visited at home. The last row of the first column of the table should have read ‘Home visit’ not ‘No home visit’.
