Tolanase - a sulphonylurea antidiabetic agent

Abstract

Tolazamide (Tolanase - Upjohn), a sulphonylurea compound, was introduced about 3 years ago for the treatment of maturity-onset diabetes. This article compares it with the other drugs of this group which we have previously discussed.1–3
