Abstract

The dosage of gamma globulin given on p. 16 (June 1) was expressed only in ml. The injection referred to, which is the one at present available in Britain, contains approximately 150 mg gamma globulin /ml. However, the Injection of Human Gamma Globulin BP contains only 100 mg/ml and therefore if this preparation is used, the doses recommended in our last issue should be increased by 50%.
