AB In Britain it is usual for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis to be confirmed and its treatment planned and started by a chest physician. He may have to share responsibility for the later stages of management with general practitioners and general physicians. This note on the chemotherapy of tuberculosis is written for them.
