Increasing travel and the establishment of immigrant communities in Britain mean that doctors in this country should be able to diagnose and treat such infections. The following table outlines present therapy and the dose schedules for each infection once the diagnosis has been firmly established. This article brings up to date our previous articles on this subject.1
