AB Cyclandelate (Cyclospasmol - Camden) is offered for use in peripheral vascular disease1 and in cerebrovascular disease. It is claimed to improve blood supply by relieving arterial spasm. Similar claims are made for isoxsuprine and other vasodilators in other countries.
