AB Sucralfate (Antepsin - Ayerst) is an aluminium salt of sucrose octasulphate marketed for the treatment of peptic ulcer. Like tripotassium dicitrato-bismuthate (De-Nol) it is claimed not to be significantly absorbed and not to cause serious unwanted effects.
