The british national formulary, no.3

Abstract

The DHSS tells us that the first 1982 edition of the BNF will soon be distributed. All doctors working full-time in NHS hospitals or on FPCs’ medical lists (including assistants and trainees) and all pharmacies should be receiving their free copy from their Health Authority or Family Practitioner Committee. Doctors on split contracts will receive it through one of the Authorities to which they are contracted. Doctors working part-time should have access to reference copies in hospital or surgery.
