Vaccines made from house-dust mites

Abstract

Five years ago we noted1 the uncertain value of preparations of house dust and house-dust vaccine for hyposensitisation of patients with asthma and rhinitis. Two new vaccines Migen (Bencard) and Allpyral D. pteronyssinus (Dome) which contain pure extracts of house-dust mite are now available.
